CNN Headline News a few minutes ago said a former Japanese official had said GW told him some time ago that his father had pulled strings to get him into the Texas Air National Guard. In the next breath, CNN said that the documents Rather and CBS had produced looked to be bogus since a doc. expert said they were likely computer generated. So it seems as if CNN is hanging over both sides of the fence here. Slam Bush as best they can, then slide the shiv into CBS. Didn't catch the name or rank of the Japanese govt. official, sorry

LOL:
That W. would go around bragging about that 41 was able to get his son into the N.G. --- Give me a break, how dumb does these people think we are!!!

I think that CNN must have made a mistake about the person being Japanese. He was obviously French. It must have been Jacques "Wantabe Aworldpower" Chirac. His beady eyes can easily be mistaken for those of an Asian.

I'm sure Jacques is losing lots of sleep right now.

I think your referring to Yoshi Tsurami. He's not a japanese official (he likes to think he is though). He was Bush's former professor at Harvard when Bush was getting his MBA.

Side note, he was also my professor this year at Baruch. He's a lunatic and shows signs of mental illness.
