If the RNC or Rove was involved in *ANY* way, CBS would already be running hour long specials on how the eeeeeeeevil republicans tricked them.
Since CBS is trying to deny, deny, deny, I think it is clear that there can't possibly be any link to the republicans.

They may not have been involved with it (although you really have to watch out for the DNC's parsemania) but the fact that they jumped on the bandwagon immediately, suggests that they are little more than unethical ambulance chasers.
