The FBI has re-opened the investigation concerning the role of Yassir Arafat in the assassination of the American Ambassador to Sudan and two other diplomats 31 years ago.

In a telephone conversation with an Arab newspaper, Bill Carter, a spokesman for the FBI refused to confirm or deny the reopening of the 'Khartoum Case.'

Ah hell, lets err on the side of caution -- and Kill Arafat "just in case" he could have been involved..

Lord knows, there is NO QUESTION of his guilt or role in terrorism....

Kill him, and don't waste any time on an investigation..

What US Laws were violated at the time by Yassar & Co? Probably none cause Congress probably had not yet reached its "extra-territorial" jurisdiction of US law phase

What international treaties were violated by Yassar & Co.?

What enforcement provisions existed in those treaties?

What penalty provisions existed in those treaties?
