First of all, how can you determine the authenticity of a signature that's a photo copy? You can't. The signature could be copied and pasted.

Regarding the substance of the memos it doesn't make sense.
This guy that they say knew Killion, is shifty. He's not looking at the camera, his eyes are darting.
