CBS Ignored Info That Docs Were Likely Inauthentic!!
Hannity Radio Show

Posted on 09/10/2004 2:23:42 PM PDT by chunkycheese

Gary Killian, son of the "author" of the CBS memos, just stated on air that when he tried to bring to CBS's attention the likelihood that the memos supposedly written by his father were dubious, they ignored his input, as well as his suggestion that they talk with some of Bush's co-pilots who would've vouched for Bush's performance as an Air Guardsman!

Rather is looking more and more like David Krenshaw from the Dragon's Fury Series.

Note to self: buy the d@mn book(s) :-)

"strategy is to trash the Guard. I heard someone say on the CBS Evening News that the Guard was corrupt in those days and he implied that what "happened" with GWB was typical corruption."

wonderful strategy; tell it to the thousands of Guard members in Iraq. my brother is going over in a couple months from the Guard.

Point: the left did not like the National Guard then, and this is not going to convince deployed troops that the left appreciates the Guard now . . .

esp. not with the likes of Kerry at the head of the ticket. Sheesh . . .

This has gone from Kerry basing his campaign and convention on his VN service -- to trashing the Swifties, to trashing the Guard . . . sounds like the Kerry program when he got back from Nam. And all this is supposed to accomplish exactly WHAT?

"its the seriousness of the charge -
Oh, unless its about a Democrat and his admitted war crimes."

then you can't question his patriotism;

however, go ahead and trash the service of Bush, the many Swift Boat veterans, and now the National Guard!

In other words, their hatred of the militray is coming to the top -- actually well OVER the top . . .

They just thought they could use hero status to innoculate Kerry against his innate liberalism and get him elected -- so HE is off bounds.

BUT HE IS THE ONLY ONE. (Unless you are some military retiree willing to prostitute yourself for him).

Groundwork for Hitlery, and from the sounds of things, the Hildebeast isn't waiting for 2008.

>>Here is where MSM is failing - they've just gone through a scenario where they failed to report the truth and it came and bit them. Now people have seen their game, just a few weeks back, and will catch onto this, too.<<

And their FATAL mistake is in arrogantly defying the American people, saying "You are idiots and you don't see what is plainly in front of your eyes." I'm glad to see the dangerous web of lies being exposed for all to see.

Their hubris knows know bounds.

But they are going down. Dan Rather is a very corrupt, twisted man.

Bernie Goldberg addressed CBS "experts" in both Bias and Arrogance.

Bernie's going to have the last laugh. And as the old proverb says, he who laughs last, laughs longest and hardest!

All of the volumes in the series are completed now...the printed version of the last, volume V, becoming available online in the next week to ten days.

In the books, David Krenshaw is the epitome of what is wrong with the MSM and it costs us dearly.

This is quickly becoming a strategic election issue rather than a tactical one concerning CBS and Rather's bias.

ABC Nightline shifted away from its planned coverage of this issue at the last moment last night.

It appears that CBS is going to stick by its lies, right or wrong.

Fox News and the non-MSM are the only ones pushing the issue of authenticity.

ABCNEWS, MSNBC, and the CNN websites are all sporting the AP version of the story (each with minor alterations) which plays down the "assertions" that the critical documents were forged, but highlights the criticisms of Bush's guard service as the gospel truth.

ABC, CNN, and MSNBC appear to be circling the wagons to provide cover for CBS, when more rational business competitors would be digging for scoops to gain market share. This is not a business issue for the leftist MSM.

The opposition appears to be digging in its heels for a major offensive. If the legal issues pertaining to the forging of the documents are not pursued, the MSM will continue reporting the allegations as factual until the election and beyond.

But will Ivan wash all of this away?

Not if I have anything to say about it.

How about you?

We cannot let them sweep this under the rug!

Bill Campetti also said on Fox that he had worked for IBM, so he knew something about this subject. He also said that he had many documents from that time, and that none of them contained superscript! I hope these documents are shown for comparison purposes.

Thanks. I will be submitting an order. I used to love Clancy. For reasons which I am sure I don't have to explain to you, he is off my reading list.

Years from now, when you are really more famous, can I say I knew you?

Famous? Hah! More like infamous! LOL!

Without overwhelming sales to nudge them, the main stream publishers will not touch the Dragon's Fury Series. It's all self published in an effort to get a message out...one they don't want to hear and apparently would rather not have told. Too poliitically incorrect don't you know?

But I am pleased to know you just the same.

It's all self published

I knew that, I just could tell.
We are making history today.
First, the death of mainsteam media.
Next, the death of mainstream publishing.
I know this, in my heart.

"This just gets better and better! Rather you got some splainnin' to do!"

Here it is, in a nutshell. Listen to me. NOTHING WILL COME OF THIS! Got it? Nothing! CBS will get a free pass on this just like they have on every other biased story they have ever produced. Why? Because we let them. We dont call, write, demand fair and balanced journalism. No, we just get on threads on good ole Free Republic, bitch, moan, whine and complain. And nothing happens. Has'nt before, will not now and never will. Get used to it. Rather, no matter how much of a maggot he is, is here to stay...

You are wrong. A lot more is going on, not only by people posting here, but elsewhere, than just complaining on these threads.

I hope you, like many, mnay more of us, are one of the ones doing more.
