Kudos to Rush for addressing this important issue,
but let's not forget that he has never claimed to be a journalist or reporter,
he is an ENTERTAINER that does political commentary...

Now is he acturally commenting that a reporter has uncovered this factual evidence?

That is what he is doing. Plus, he is repeating reports made by CNN and others. Finally, he is speculating as to how the media, the DNC, the Kerry campaign, and 527 might be coordinated.
