More Evidence of Dan Rather's/CBS' Complicity in Fraud Regarding President Bush

As I've posted previously, and to which multiple Freepers have added, the Bush "Memos" recently created by CBS and Dan Rather to discredit the president are a mess of fraud that could have been created only by someone with zero familiarity of the military.

Below are real military documents from the same era (1971-1973). These real documents instantly show the fraud in the badly-written forgeries that CBS used to "prove" George Bush failed to meet his Guard obligations. Military orders were, and are, extremely formal, with typeset letterhead; boxed format; numbered items for completion; a formal, must-be-used reference block; multiple check boxes; and often a requirement that the receiving officer sign the document in ackowledgment (especially when being threatened with grounding). Notice the absense of justified type, superscripts (abbreviations are in regular font), the strict use of DDMMYY and caps, careful CC" list for other offices, and "by direction" -- a senior officer never typed his own orders to a subordinate, let alone misspelled his own rank abbreviation.

Now campare these to the junk created by James Carville. Pathetic. And yet Dan Rather used Carville's junk to try and smear the president.

This is about TOMORROW, when Dan Rather resigns and sees his career end in shame and disgrace. This is about NOVEMBER 2ND, when Kerry gets destroyed by President Bush!!!

To move things forward means asking for sources. Demand the original document - not the raised-surface fused-toner photocopy/fax/laserprint, but the indented-surface impact-imprinted typewritten "original". (BTW: yes, a blind man CAN tell it's a fake.) Oh, you can't find it? then who produced the oldest known copy? where'd he get that? hmmmmm???

The chain of ownership is very short here. Dan Rather got it from what's-his-name, who got it from ... who? Get the bloggers busy. Find phone numbers, call & ask until answers appear. Keep asking. Feed talk radio the results. When Rush, Sean, Laura, Michael, etc. start pounding on it 9 hours a day with 20M listeners, the MSM must respond.
