A propane leak would have filled the church with air fuel mixture, one giant vapor bomb seeking a spark. Propane leaks are devastating. Once had a hose come off of the oven in the kitchen, woke up choking on the stench. Walked into the kitchen 3/4 asleep and almost turned on the light. Something reminded me of a tiny spark in the light switch as I would have turned on the light.
Probably saved my life.
