I know you don't like my predictions, but I've got another one for you. Within 3 days, CBS will be issuing an apology over this, and within 6 months Dan Rather will announce his retirement.

within 6 months Dan Rather will announce his retirement.Doubt it.
This is going to turn into "our experts against your experts" and the perps will walk.

Actually, this is serious and I hope that Pres. Bush sues them. It's forgery and slander. An abuse of power by the media. If there is a connection with democrat leaders, then they need to go down too.

"....and within 6 months Dan Rather will announce his retirement."To be replaced by that world renowned vault cracker Geraldo Rivera (aka Jerry Rivers).

CBS will say they were fooled by these docs because their source is extremely credible and reliable. They will refuse to reveal the source.
As for Rather, I'd prefer that he is fired, but they will probably let him retire.

I know you don't like my predictions, but I've got another one for you. Within 3 days, CBS will be issuing an apology over this, and within 6 months Dan Rather will announce his retirement. You could possibly hedge your bet by FAX'ing your comments to Andrew Heyward, President of CBS News, at:
Andrew Heyward -- CBS News
Title: President
Department: Headquarters
Phone: (212) 975-4321
Fax: (212) 975-1893
Address: 524 W 57th St, New York, NY 10019
My FAX to him basically asked him how long he was going to bet his job on the likes of Dan Rather, John Roberts and the folks at 60 Minutes who are acting as an arm of the Democrat National Committee.

I certainly like it. That prediction is worthy of the

This sounds pretty reasonable to me. I think you're right. As long as it was JUST on Fox, they could claim it was the "vast right wing conspiracy." But once a "sister lib" jumped in, the blood is in the water, and
meat is back on the menu!

and within 6 months Dan Rather will announce his retirement. Dan Rather will never retire until he sees his queen (Hillary) running the white house again.

You're right about three days and an apology. As for Rather in six months...I think you are very wrong. Here's the dynamic: He will be gone at once. CBS needs to heal this huge black eye. If he's still around in six months, this will be a footnote that most Americans can't even remember. He must fall at once, or he'll stay right where he is for as long as he wants.
