CBS 60 Minutes Hit Piece on Bush This should be enough to put a LOT of heat on CBS if you're willing to do the work. Complain to CBS advertisers. Most of these are advertisers that were involved with the 60 Minutes slam on Bush, but hey, complain to them and ask for them to pull their advertising from the Bush Hating CBS... ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Allegra Home Depot Kleenex Vioxx(Arthritis medicine) Splenda(Low carb sugar substitute) Home Depot Investor Relations http://ir.homedepot.com/comment.cfm Home Depot Public Relations - customer-service@homedepot.com http://www.homedepot.com/HDUS/EN_US/corporate/media_relations/media_relations.shtml Kia Automobiles Zelnorm(IBS medication for women) Sprint PCS UPS Store Campbells Soup Kia Automobiles (Again) Morgan Stanley Ziploc Cingular Wireless Pepcid Complete Estee Lauder Infiniti Automobiles Swift Vets Threads related to CBS con Threads talking about boycott. http://www2.swiftvets.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=8441 (This one has most of the contact links)

Guns Before Butter.
Bump for later action (after work)!
Done ! Hope it makes a difference!
I'll start writing letters this evening. Thanks for doing all the work to compile the list.
Yes, the Ben Barnes interview and the FAKED DOCUMENTS.
Be gentle, but firm. Keep in mind that media spots are purchased months ahead of time, without prior warning of what the subject will be.
Maybe they'll put enough pressure on the networks to NOT put their ads on spots that are anti-Bush... And if the network wants to keep their business (as they're dying from ratings envy :) They'll comply...
When enough companies have made this request, or pulled their business, the libs will die a painful, shrieking death. Even more shrieking than now!!
As I said, though, they couldn't have known when they purchased the spots that this particular show would be anti-Bush. A far more noble goal, IMO, would be to discourage them from advertising on news programs that are notoriously duplicitous and misleading.
I wrote them all. My point to them was that CBS News programming (all of them) have a long history of biased journalism. I gave the most recent examples at 60 Minutes II. Then cited a few more. I said I understood that they made their ad buys in advance, but that's irrelevant since CBS ALWAYS does this. I also emailed each of CBS News depts with a copy of an email I'd sent to one of their sponsors.
I am sick over what CBS has done on the back of a good man, a DECEASED good man, one Colonel Killian, to his living wife and son, and to a sitting President of the United States.
It was COMPLETELY un-necessary and TOTALLY irresponsible.
Only Goebbels, Hitler's extraordinary propagandist, would have approved of the method dan rather used in this hit piece...but of course....remembering danny's cozy picture with his arms wrapped around Castro...somehow...I suppose Danny would consider and assoication with the propaganda MO of Goebbels, a compliment.
