60 Minutes and The Today Show are just absolute sluts for the Democrats.

Don't watch CBS. I turned it off more than 15 years ago, and have not missed it. There are plenty of other news and entertainment outlets to choose from that are not merely propaganda machines for the Democrats.

CBS has also confirmed to Charlie Sykes (WTMJ-620 Radio, a CBS affiliate) that they are NOT even sending a reporter to the Stolen Honor Press Conference that Bob Dole will be speaking at.

Fact is, you can still complain to both the advertisers AND to CBS. In doing so, you just simply note that you understand that they advertised on the Anti-Bush 60 minutes program and their support for the Anti-Bush agenda of 60 minutes means you can no longer support their products or their company...

Then let 60 minutes know what you did...

You may even be so bold as to note for 60 Minutes that they are part of an evil, giant media conglomerate and consistent with good Socialist ideals they should appreciate your attacks on the evil CBS empire :)

I sent the following email. No, I'm not a professional at writing letters and hope it brings out the point that "regular folks" don't approve of where they choose to spend the proceeds of our patronage.

Paying the bill for bashing Pres. Bush
To: customer-service@homedepot.com

I'm extremely unhappy with your company's choice to
pay the bill for bashing our President on 60 Minutes.

I've been reading that the "so-called private files"
are suspected of being a forgery. I've read that the
fonts used were not in existence at the time the files
were "supposed" to have been written.

Will you please check into the honesty of the host's
motives of producing such a show?

We have been proud to welcome your new store into
Kingman, AZ, but will have to re-evaluate where we
choose to spend our hard earned $$$ if you're going to
use it to spread lies about our President.

We are spreading the word about your choices since we
believe it's important to support those who support
the ideals of a "fair" election process.

To Whom This May Concern,

I am respectfully requesting that you pull all your
advertising from 60 Minutes I and II. As a
conservative as well as many others are truly dismayed at the unfair media coverage they impose upon our President. 60 Minutes has been relentless during this election year of trashing our president without giving equal time to the other side. I affiliate advertisers with this same bias. I WILL not but Campbell products so long as your advertising continues. Campbell has plenty of competition.

Respectfully,

I would also suggest CALLING your local CBS affiliate. I ranted and raved yesterday to my local Atlanta CBS station. In Atlanta the CBS affiliate is s weak fourth in the news department. I think they are quite sensitive to it too.

On purpose I watched the local CBS late news last night. Surprisngly, I did not see a follow up on the 60 Minutes report. I was expecting a breathtaking response from a wanna-be reporter but, nothing.

EXCELLENT IDEA!! CONTACT YOUR LOCAL CBS AFFILIATE AND LET THEM KNOW THAT YOU'RE ONLY GOING TO WATH THEIR COMPETITORS AND THAT FOX NEWS IS YOUR FIRST CHOICE!!

http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2002/07/31/utility/main517034.shtml

Look for your local station, and local contact info.

CALL THEM and DEMAND that they let CBS corporate know that the Bush Bashing CBS hatefest has to STOP!

Yes, this has worked in the past. Not all companies will bend, but if only a few do, it will help.

Then let 60 minutes know what you did...

Always a good idea, even though 59 Minutes, in their arrogance, will probably ignore the peeples.

You may even be so bold as to note for 60 Minutes that they are part of an evil, giant media conglomerate and consistent with good Socialist ideals they should appreciate your attacks on the evil CBS empire :)

I probably would not do that. Just something short and sweet containing your first two points. No name calling, no meaness, just short and to the point.

Didn't "60 Minutes" fake explosions in GMC pickups using dynomite when trying to prove they had defective gas tanks? Also, I believe it was "60 Minutes" who planted salmanela in meat at deli shops, then returned to expose them on camera as being unsafe. The people need to be reminded of CBS's fraudelent past when exposing their current forged document scheme.
