CBS states that it "consulted a handwriting analyst and document expert who believes the material is authentic." ~~~~~~~~~~~~ I wonder why CBS would feel the need to do so?
Because CBS admits they did not have Killian's actual personal file. They were given these memos by an unnamed someone they refuse to identify who claimed the memos came from Killian's file.

key word is "believes" sort of what is is statement. It does NOT say CERTIFIED. Which is the legal standard.

I thought these were Pentagon release, not (claimed to be)from someone's personal files. That makes a big difference.
