OK...we all here on FR agree....but we're once again preaching to the choir.
How does this fine article make it's way to the editorial pages of the liberal press and onto the websites of the liberal???
It don't do us much good here except to once again re-inforce our own self-image.
She is, of course, right - blindingly so.
The question is: how do we get this message over to the left?

"Broadsourcing," I'll call it. Brilliant! Thank you!
I'm a lady. I have a nice set of Porter-Cable power tools. I have some lovely guns (not enough, though). I can break a horse and drive a tractor. I can write a book, sew a dress, put on a dinner party, put up a studwall, dance at a ball, exploit a diplomatic reception, earn my own living. I am a competent person and do not need the Democratic Party to rearrange society for my benefit, essentially putting the other half of society into economic slavery to make things easier for me. I thought the Democrats weren't in favor of slavery?

It happened in a Capitol Hill bar on Friday night. I was introduced to a friend of a friend. He asked where I worked, and his eyebrows flew up at the mere mention of The Heritage Foundation. As he tried to tame his look of alarm, he explained, I used to work for the DNC. (Democratic National Committee) Well, there you have it. Eyebrows were raised, acronyms used, ideological lines drawn.
I bet that felt like a scene out of an old wild west saloon showdown....

No, no, no, no, NO. She can't be a girl; she used logic.

"No wonder all the liberal women Ive ever known felt like someone was keeping them down." She gets it! It's really pretty obvious, but so many people don't get it. And not just liberal women, but all minorities too. For instance, the world isn't fair, big news there, but since when does anyone need a "leader" because they are black? Or a woman? Or whatever?
Anywho...great post! Should be required reading at every high school and for every college freshman who might have missed it in high school.

BRAVO!!
Obviously posted by an extremely intelligent individual. I know many women who share your views and who are extremely successful by their own accord.

I just LOVE this article! It says exactly what I've been saying for years: that the patronizing, condescending policies are the most racist, sexist, elitest bunk just so the leftists can feel better about themselves for stealing our money in income redistribution.

I explained to Brad that I simply dont believe I need the help of men like him and the government to make it in life, nor am I up for forking over my tax dollars to cheapen my achievements with a special set of girly rules. And so our conversation ended, a polite parting of ways. I like this!
