'10 dead' in Falluja air strike-( CNN... sigh...)

FALLUJA, Iraq (CNN) -- U.S. forces have launched new attacks in the towns of Falluja and Tal Afar, which they say are havens for foreign militant fighters, killing a number of Iraqis in air strikes and gun battles.

And HOW exactly do they know this? Do these "Iraqis" have "I's" painted on their foreheads to distinguish them from the Iranians, Saudis, Syrians, Palestinians, etc.?
