The Report details that Iraq provided Al Qaeda with training, bomb making, chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear training.
The Report mentions direct meetings between senior Iraqi military officera nd top Al Qaeda operatives took place between the early 90's and 2003.
On July 21, 2001, the Iraqi newspaper Al Nasiriya talked about how OBL was gonig to "bomb the Pentagon after he destroys the White House" and that OBL will "strike America on the arm that is already huring" (first WTC attack) and we will "curse the memory of Sinatra every time he hears his song" (a reference to NY, NY).
