As for the colonization comment: as others have noted, Mpls has had a heavy influx of Moslem immigrants in recent years, mostly from Somalia, and they seemed determined to turn the city into Mogadishu North. Even longtime African-American residents are complaining about being driven out of their neighborhoods by Somali gangs.
