Pretty sure the Harley part happened. Early in the primaries. Don't know the about the kickstand part. Triumph, the insult comic dog, who came on after, said something like, "I have to ask you, Johnny, to tell me, as a U.S. Senator running for President: How does it feel to be the lead-in for a DOG?!?!?!"
