So Iraq IS a part of the WOT? Thank you, Senator, for contributing to the Bush Re-Election campaign. hehe

All send this off to all in addy folder and ridiculing Kerry's faux` pas out to the old media outlets. We know that old media will not pick up on their hypocrisy, but they will know that we know they are biased.

ROTFL!
It was very big news that 1000 American' s had died. The traitor's tone of voice made me sick. That he would use these heroes deaths for his gain is reprehensible.

ABC is reporting Kerry said this: Democratic presidential candidate Sen. John Kerry issued a statement saying the United States joined the friends and families of those who died in mourning their loss.
"Today marks a tragic milestone in the war in Iraq. More than one thousand of Americas sons and daughters have made the ultimate sacrifice. Our nation honors their service and joins with their families and loved ones in mourning their loss," Kerry said.
"We must never forget the price they have paid. And we must meet our sacred obligation to all our troops to do all we can to make the right decisions in Iraq so that we can bring them home as soon as possible."

On behalf of Senator Kerry, let me say that indeed, the War on Terror is the WRONG war at the WRONG time in the WRONG place. We should be fighting some other war--any other war, but most certainly not now. And in any case, it is entirely irresponsible for any leader to take a war to our enemies; our enemies should come here to wage their war, and our President should back them. The first part happened on September 11; the second part didn't. Bush chose the side of America, which is the wrong side. He should have appeased Usama and allied with him--assuming the permission of Jacques Chirac--against Christian civilization in Texas. Or something like that. Maybe it'll change tomorrow.
If that strategy doesn't make complete rational sense to you or sounds like it'll kill your neighbors and children, then you should vote for Bush.

I wonder what his October position will be. He will say that before the war in Iraq, it was not a war on terrorism. But AFTER we started the war, it became a war on terrorism because we inflamed the terrorists.

I don't think the Kerry camp has to worry about having three debates. They have been so worried that Bush may only want two. Kerry will have at least a dozen more debates with himself before he ever gets to debate Bush. ;-)
To: OldFriend
Oh no, his speechwriter made him say that and now he'll be punished. LOL, but it makes me wonder if the phone call to Clinton, the new campaign staff adjustments, recent polling data and the Russian hostage massacre have combined to force Kerry to take this new position.
To: Spackidagoosh
Great job. Kerry is a walking, talking "train-wreck" of a campaigner. He must be driving his handlers nuts. He is definitely "misunderestimating" Dubya and will get his butt kicked from here to eternity on November second.

flip flop flip flop flip flop Maybe the "F" in John F. Kerry really stands for flounder. When caught, they flip flop all over the boat, and his campaign does seem to be floundering.

He so obviously does not have a decided position on the war. Even HE probably doesn't know what's gonna' come out of his mouth next. But I'll bet he's kicking himself for having said THIS!

Purely political on his part. If Iraq had been the quagmire the Democrats said it was, he would still be saying Iraq isn't part of the whole WOT. The "Weathervane" itself has shifted toward the political wind of political expediency.

He so obviously does not have a decided position on the war.Sure he does. The polls just tell him which way to go.
