that's fine. this will serve to keep the whole viet nam issue open and festering away, and that's not good for kerry. His own biographer is calling for a full release of his military records to see if the problems in the paperwork were clerical errors, or "purposeful". I wonder when the Navy is going to come out with the news that it has never awarded a silver star with a "V" device . . . ?
