Kerry stops in Cannonsburg, PA while Teresa makes her first public appearance in awhile by attending the Labor Day parade in Pittsburgh. Kerry goes on to Racine, WV, where he receives a shotgun (but the AP and the AFP can't tell a shotgun from a rifle). Kerry then heads to Cleveland, where he shows he is one tough hombre, even though he knows how to bow.

U.S. Democratic presidential nominee John Kerry admires a shotgun presented to him at Labor Day celebrations in Racine, West Virginia, September 6, 2004. Under pressure from some Democrats to change the subject from national security -- regarded by many as President George W. Bush's strongest issue -- Kerry tried to focus exclusively on the economy and other domestic topics at a neighborhood meeting but supporters raised Iraq. The Massachusetts senator, who has said he would have voted to give Bush the authority to use force if necessary against Iraq even if he had known at the time that Saddam Hussein had no weapons of mass destruction, has struggled to draw clear contrasts with the president. Hello,

My goodness, these people look like they have all just been told that they have fatal diseases. Wow, this is the up close and personal connection that Kerry has with the masses? Glad to be here, MOgirl

Why are the pics of Kerry's rallies always closeups on someone's front porch, & Bush's show him speaking to crowds so large they recede into a colorful blur? When has anyone seen a wide-angle shot of a Kerry crowd?

Such a goofy Dork. Lip biting in anticipation of the big Bang should he accidentally pull the trigger. He's been kmown to have accidents with weapons. Offering the rifle to the crowd as if it was a cup and saucer at a tea party. Overdone camaraderie. Ugly Dork, moves just like a puppet.

His wife is over the top and not an asset. I wonder if she will stay married to him when he loses the election? All that money blown!!!!!

They look so excited. Check out their expressions and body language.

It screams "WE WANT YOU AS OUR CANIDATE!" while at the same time, says "Oh s*** this is the Democratic canidate?"

"See, folks, this is how I got my third purple heart."

P.S. The hunters in western PA. probably got a stitch in their side laughing at this goofball and the way he handles a shotgun.
