To: risk; Eaker
I have a couple of M1A's built up from TRW parts that I have carried all over the world and staying with GI issue M118 Special Ball or Federal Match Commercial I have never had an Eaker incident. I recently purchased a new supermatch and one of the "loaded" packages from SA and they too have been flawless. If ya have have invested as much money into your tools as the M1A requires why in the world would one feed it flawed surplus fodder from some third world crap country ? If ya reload and don't pay strict attention to detail then ya should take up golf and buy commercial ammo.

Of course after ranting about the merits of quality and knowledge I'll have a Eaker Incident next time at the range ....knock on wood !

Stay safe !
