Hopefully that guy is not just someone locals picked up and then "convinced" he was a terrorist. Something like what happened with Chicatilo, some guy was forced to admit to crimes then executed, too bad it was a wrong guy.
Putin is ex-KGB, and that's an old KGB trick...round up anyone to display as the culprit, execute them, matter closed at the surface.
