PS Where can I find background on Karpinski? I am
distrustful of women in US armed forces in general
(no pun intended, a rarity for me), and suspect she
was put in as a concession to PC 'gender equity'
demands. Can anyone point me to reputable evidence
to back up or refute these suspicions?

DACOWITS = Department of the Army Commission on Women In The Service all pushed by the well,.. you get the idea in Congress.
