When even the liberals expect Bush to win, I hear the fat lady singing. And the polls show Bush winning liberal Washington State, a state that hasn't gone Republican since 1988. Its not just the Big MO' that's being felt by Republicans and Independents. Assuming the President comes out by next week with a 25 point lead - its going to be quiet desperation time on the other side and the partisan media will have to explain why they didn't see the big shift coming.

Twenty-five point lead is impossible. That would be 63/37, not counting Nader. No democrat will get less than 40 percent.

Although if Kerry shifts far enough to the right, more dems will shift to Nader.

The Big Mo is especially big this election, and it just turned like a bitch

The turning point was the Reagan funeral. I posted at the time that I saw the "Hand of Providence" at work, once more using the life/death of that great man for the good of this nation.

I don't think that some of the leaders in the Kerry campaign believe he is going to win. Two days ago while watching Fox they interviewed the head of the Kerry campaign in Washington DC, she stated that the reason they were bringing on more campaign staff was becasue this campaign was going to cross the finish line.

I found it very telling that she only beleives they will finish the race, not win!

Walter Mondale received 41% in 1984. I think Bush could come close to but not surpass the Reagan figure of 59% in the same year.

No, you are misinterpreting the remarks of an illiterate Kerry supporter. Sports and military metaphors are beyond them.

No, I am not. What she said has more to do with what she believes on an unconscious level, as in she is not aware yet that she believes this.

Plus--Clinton being out of service for the time being. And I'm sure if the political winds continue to blow our way, he'll use his 'recuperation' as an excuse to permanently be out of service for the Kerry camp.

Since when are leftists out of power "quiet"? If only they would be, it would be more tolerable. The sound of their screaming, however, is audible even through my computer screen, LOL!

Well maybe kerrys FAVORITE "current" Boston Red Sox player,"Manny Ortiz" would probably be "deeply saddened" by your post.
