Seeing how many of terrorists were Arab and not Chechen, it was obvious from early on that Al-Qaeda was directly involved.

Let there be no doubt, this was Russias 911.

The bear will strike at the time and place of their choosing.......and beyond that, they will project power to pre-empt/destroy the groups and states that make this possible. This fight will no longer be an "internal struggle" in Russia.

I see a grand alliance between Russia, the Anglosphere, Israel and India in this, the next great world war.

"Most of the killed gunmen were born in Arab countries."

Now there is a shocker. Time for open season on these assholes. They don't respect innocent life so why should worry about knocking their sorry asses off?

May Muhammadans break from their death cult of terror or see mushroom clouds take their misery away...along with ours.

Rebel Chechen leader, Shamil Bassayev, was the mastermind behind the school siege in the North Ossetian town of Beslan

When is the western press going to start referring to these nutcases as terrorists?

I'm sure this Islamic cockroach thinks he's just the greatest genius Allah ever spawned, but...

A friend of mine with a long background in law enforcement made an interesting comment a couple of weeks ago. He said that Al Quaida was stupid in taking down the Twin Towers - that if they wanted to bring the US to heel, what they should do is to attack some schoolyards and kill a bunch of schoolchildren. In his cynical view of things, the soccer moms of America would then arise in a solid wailing mass to demand that we just get out of the Middle East and give al-Quaida whatever they want, and would defeat any politician who didn't go along with them.

Now, I disagree with him. I think the fury that would be generated in this country by such an act, would completely overwhelm any wails for appeasement on the part of terrified mothers. But... it occurs to me that the subhuman filth who perpetrated this atrocity in Russia, may have been thinking along the same lines as my friend was suggesting...

Has there been any definite number of dead hostages? I've heard anywhere between 150 and 500.

Anyway, here's a picture of Basayev I found. I give this guy about 3 weeks to live:

Tonight I blundered upon some horrific Russian coverage of the terrorist attack on C-Span. (1)

It tore at one's heart to see those little children murdered by the "religion of peace" thugs.

The Russian reporter said something that was interesting. She said when the terrorists detonated the bombs and started firing upon the fleeing hostages, local residents immediatey returned fire. Then the Russian special forces were forced to finish the grisly work of taking out the terrorists because they had no choice once the scum perps started killing the hostages.

So it seems Russsian citizens do have the right to keep arms. The wife and I saw sporting rifles and even single barrel shotguns in the hands of men wearing working clothes.

Here is the email address of the Russian embassy if anyone should like to offer sympathy to the Russian people during this horrible time.

We should be cautious about claiming that just because some of these rebels are Arab looking to make the giant leap to assume that they are Islamic Terrorists. We can't just willy-nilly make the assumption that because some of them are or look like Arabs or Muslim that in fact they are. We should let the professionals in the media properly research the facts before we make that kind of assumption. Who knows? May they just are misunderstood.

Then again they could be blood sucking Al Quida terrorists that should have their genitals hooked to telephone power supplies and then have their heads severed. And F*ck the press.

Of course there's ties between the Chechan terrorists and Al-Qaeda itself. That's always been known long before 9/11, at least as far I am concerned. Many of these same Chechan terrorists fought alongside OBL when Russia went to war with Afghanistan in the 1980's. Many of these spilintered terrorist groups operate with different tactics, under different names by different leaders. I believe today they all are interconnected.

An Al Qaeda operation.

President Bush is right to fight these folks, and John Kerry and his anti-war crowd is wrong.

These people want to murder our children.

The operations headquarters in Beslan stressed that the group that seized the school was multinational. Most of the killed gunmen were born in Arab countries. The suicide bombers were trained by the al-Qaeda specialists, the agency quoted the secret service as saying.

Anyone who takes this at face value is accepting the word of the Russian government, which has never been reliable, no matter who is in charge. In another article one of the survivors is quoted as saying that none of the hostage takers appeared to be Arab and all spoke with Chechen, Ossetian and Ingush accents.
