If this is true, Soros should be indicted by the U.S. for attempting to interfere in the foreign affairs of a sovereign nation and imprisoned for life.
American foreign policy is NOT the province of individuals.
This guy has got to be stopped. He's a menace.
If the Latvians indict Soros, we can extradite him and let them take care of the problem (permanently).

The very scary part is that George Soros has enough financial clout and enough Leftie friends around the world to play such a villain for REAL. 
However, I think Soros better be REAL careful because as a naturalized US citizen, he could be investigated by the SEC, FTC, and FBI for securities fraud and then some....
