Time to start paying a bounty of $1000/head for illegal aliens trying to cross the border. That would put the kibosh on that noise tout suite.

Yeah that's right, bring ole Jackson-Lee to Corpus. Houston is over run by illegal aliens, but you better not arrest them or for that matter even look at them funny. you know us racist American citizens are so heartless.

"Our porous southern border represents one of the greatest security threats to this country," Lee said. "But on the other hand, we don't want to impede the free flow of trade and commerce."

Is the same twit who wanted to see the flag on Mars?

Give the drug lords in Mexico one "get out of jail" free card for each ten suspected terrorists turned over. I'm just joking, of course. But someone should explain to the drug smugglers that one terrorist linked to the U.S.- Mexico border is going to seriously interfere with their future profits when the border is sealed up a lot tighter than it is now.

The idea of infiltration of that border make a lot of sense, and I think we need to be on guard - but warnings from this particular trio give me the sense that something is malodorous in Denmark. It's a little like the press conference the Sen. Barbara Boxer rushed to do after a congressional intelligence briefing on the threat of shoulder launched missiles against airliners. You got the rather pungent perception that she wasn't trying to assist with security - she was just littering the record with "I told you so" opportunities.

Give cash for every terrorist turned in. I think your normal illegal alien would jump at the chance to turn them in.

Don't understand. What's to probe? The border is wide open.

BROWNSVILLE - New intelligence gathered along Texas' border indicates al-Qaida and other possible terrorist groups may be trying to enter the United States through Mexico, according to several Democratic lawmakers.

Good thing they mentioned that it was Democrats saying this, otherwise I suspect Bush would get blamed for using 'scare tactics'.

I think it's a bit too late.........

(This map is outdated. More Mosque's have sprung up across the U.S. since this map was made).

Probe? Terrorists need to probe the border? Geeze. All they need to do is walk on over.

Why bother to 'probe' the border when all you need to do is walk in and sign up for benefits. </sarcasm>

I'd say that national security trumps your right to a fast buck.

Hi All-

Anyone living in Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, or California who does not own a firearm for personal security has a few screws loose in his brain.

Well, that goes for the other forty-six states in our great country...but the threat of invasion by truly desperate terrorists seems increased in the southwest.

Beds? Illegal invaders don't get beds? New policy: no bed, TOUGH SHIITE!

How about "If you violate this law, you will be shot on sight...period."?

We can monitor our borders and be secure if we really want to, but I believe we all know the answer as to why we aren't.
