Drudge is now reporting the AP story WITH the section about booing. You have it exactly right..the AP told a total lie but now we have to spend forever removing the lie to get to the truth. I'm more than a little disappointed in Drudge.

I wonder if druge actually saw the clip.

Here is what Drudge is saying now:
AP CLAIMS: 'AUDIENCE OF THOUSANDS BOOS' AFTER BUSH WISHES EX-PREZ 'SPEEDY RECOVERY'; 'Bush did nothing to stop them'... THEN RETRACTS... DEVELOPING...

The AP reporter probably walked into a cluster of people within the crowd and said, "I'm with The New York Times. Can you tell me why you would dare support such a liar and miserable failure as Bush? He's the worst--" at which time those people immediately surrounding the reporter booed at the reporter. The President, not within earshot, did nothing to stop it because he didn't know about it.

(President Kerry would have our enemies partying like it's 1969. That's when he became a traitor.)
