It will be interesting to see how many RATs follow the "nuclear" strategy and decide to go down with the SS Kerry.

It is clearly a desperation move. While there is a chance it will succeed, the more likely result is that the country will become even more sick of the RATs and they will go down in an unprecedented defeat.
