OK, Putin should do the following:

1. Declare Chechnya an Independent Sovereign State
2. Declare war on the Nation of Chechnya
3. Blast it off the planet.

Funny thing is that Russia always condemns Israel and its "occupation" bla bla bla. So Israel should come out and tell Putin to end his occupation, remove the Russian settlers, and exercise restraint. Better yet I am waiting for the UN to say the same. But I doubt it. Russia is a big country and it has influence. Israel is just a tiny country with zero world influence. Putting that all aside, Putin should crush the terrorists and the ideological evil in his back yard.

Steady their hands and clear their minds and sharpen their eyes so that they may see and avoid trouble and warn others.
