I don't consider anyone's quadruple bypass to be the least bit humorous.
You then might be surprised to learn just how much humor helps patients in his position.
Last Monday, I nicknamed my MIL the "Bionic Woman" and am hoping it sticks. Humor helps recovery. Clinton's a politician. It's harmless political humor, which he had nothing to do with but no doubt "gets". He had nothing to do with that particular joke, but I betcha he knows exactly where it came from.
I've accused him of a lot of things over the years, but being humorless was never one of them.
I've read drily humorous posts from you before. If you lost that temporarily, I suggest you find it.
