That's surprising...he's an avid jogger.

The lords prayers are with him for a full recovery.
You never wish anyone ill. Regardless of what a POS they may be.
I just cannot believe that Kerry is now going for the sympathy vote.

I never heard of anyone being rushed to the hospital with the diagnosis of quadruple bipass already predetermined. Perhaps he'd been previously diagnosed as headed for trouble, and this surgery had already been recommended. When the trouble finally hit, there'd be no delay in deciding to immediately proceed with the surgery.

I have no idea why you questioned the timing. I have no idea why you questioned the question of the timing.

"All these prayers for slick willie at our beloved FreeRepublic. Can you imagine what the reaction was over at du when it was announced that President Reagan had passed away? "There are some "not so nice" posts here on this thread, but most are respectful. The DU'ers will copy those bad ones & post them at their site to show how mean we are. They had both good & bad things to say about Reagan......it is expected as not everyone can always behave with class.

Advance warning of a justice department indictment can do it too.

Sounds like all that coke that he has been snorting is catching up with him.

I do not wish him ill and hope he has a complete recovery so that he might fully inherit the true legacy of his deeds and actions.

It's a joke. Everytime the sun comes up and happens to shine its light on Bush the left says it is suspicious timing.

I can't believe that intelligent people on FR such as yourself would believe that any of us actually thought that Pres Clinton would time this on purpose.
Oh well, back to my rule of ALWAYS insluding /sarc.

Didn't he just publish a get healthy cook book? The left wing weenies scooped it right up. Now, they'll all be dropping like flies!
I worry about Cheney more. Watch your tongues, folks.

Hillary! was visiting the Harriet Tubman home and Auburn City Council in upstate Auburn, New York yesterday, according to the
Auburn Citizen:
AUBURN - U.S. Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton said the more she learns about Harriet Tubman, the more she appreciates that keeping her memory alive is a noble endeavor.
Clinton stopped at the Harriet Tubman Home Thursday afternoon before an appearance at the Auburn City Council meeting. The purpose of the visit to the South Street landmark was to note the $11,750 that Clinton secured in 2003 - money the Underground Railroad matriarch was shorted in a widow's pension. ---Snip---

If Kerry knew about it earlier, would this explain his midnight rally? He wanted to get his side out before the media cycle overwhelmed him?

He needs our prayers. Let's all pray for President Clintons quick and complete recovery.

Chris Wallace on Fox is saying that Hillary is still "upstate." If he's had a sudden heart attack it's no wonder she's not immediately with him. They weren't in the same city, big deal.
If, however, he found out about this problem yesterday and has undergone quadruple surgery and she didn't bother to drop everything to be with him over the course of 12+ hours... that's different. I think that's a valid question.
