If this was just a small number of kooks it would be laughable but I heard O'Riley quoting a poll that said 51% of Democrats think the U.S. is to blame for 9/11.

It isn't just democrats. This Zogby Poll states that it is half of all New York residents that belive there was government complicity involved in 9/11.
