Chrissy was just live in Herald Square moments ago and mentioned, "the protestors over there" as the camera panned across the street. Chrissy cont'd, "Free Republic" and then said some other blather.

They done us proud. Yahoo!!

He used the term "It's a free republic" I believe. You know he had to have been thinking about FR though. The term just is not that common.

I think Chrissie said "It's a free republic" while he was referring to the hordes of protestors in Herald Square...

The first time I can recall FR in the MSM news was the fall of 1998 during our "March for Justice" in DC (4 or 5 thousands of us, front page color crowd photo in Washington Times, TV coverage, etc). We were all squealing like little piglets, LOL! Since then, I'll bet there have been hundreds of cites to us.
They cannot stop us. They will be assimilated. That is all.

Question.....
Was he talking about the web site Free Republic?
Or was he talking about the protestors and mentioned something about "it's a free republic"?

Matthews referred to America as a republic? Not as a "democracy"? Wonder if he's coming down with something...
