Our President said in his acceptance speech that America will never run from terrorism.
In fact, he (for the first time to my knowledge) has actually said that Islamic terrorists want to destroy America and we will not let them.
Did anyone else hear the President mention the words Islamic terrorists in the same sentence?
If I heard him correctly, this is a major, major shift in identifying WHO the enemy actually is and WHAT the enemy really wants to do to us.

I'll have to check the transcript. If so, he is honoring the 9-11 commission report - and, I agree, it could be the first time he's used that phrase.
