I would bet the protesters that got in all had legitimate passes. Point is, we aren't the only ones that can plan and scheme. Just ~maybe~ a full house full of cheerful people that aren't still limping from cavity searches was thought to be more important than a perfectly behaved crowd. A couple hysterical DUers just aren't a huge threat.
For the record, the DUers are being hysterical.
