Kerry was rumored to have been in attendance. The released FBI files confirm it. He was there.

CIA had surveillance and knows he was there. Read Unfit for Command.

It's more than a rumor. Witnesses have placed Kerry at the meeting where a domestic "Phoenix" project was put on the table. The specific proposal was to assassinate seven named US Senators.
But that meeting will not have any traction unless a transcript or tape, courtesy of the F.B.I., should surface.
