Dick Morris is no conservative.
He was kicked out of Clinton's group of advisors because he was caught in a sex scandal, and Clinton pre-Monica revelations seemed to believe that was sufficient to fire the man from his job advising the president.

Dick Morris...a conservative?!
The NY Times' bias is out of control.

When newspapers start moving away from the New York Times, the American people will be better served.

I don't buy this story today. Conservative books sell well and since these publishers are in the business of making money there's little incentive not to publish them/
Maybe some publishing houses are stupid enough to discriminate on the basis of political ideology but money talks too loud to ignore it.

Mr. Miner said. "All in all, the level of civility or lack of it in the campaign of 2004 is reminiscent of 1804 or 1864, except without dueling or civil war. At least not yet."
Not yet: no one yet bothered to sic a bunch of "diverse" children crying "daddy!" on clinton during one of his rallies. And as for dueling - believing that majority of shooters are with us and not with Rats, we should be all for the introduction of dueling. We'll surely squash all opposition.

Thats funny, cause my Hasting's store here has tons of anti-Bush books front and center. Still has Moore's book on one of the endcaps.

Since the beginning of the Bush administration, 18 of the 30 best-selling political hardcover books - among them "The O'Reilly Factor" by Bill O'Reilly, "Treason" by Ann Coulter and "Let Freedom Ring" by Mr. Hannity - have promoted conservative themes. Ten of those 18 books were brought to market by divisions of big publishing houses... What's buried here is that all 12 of the left-wing books had big publishing houses behind them, and most of them got puff pieces in the Times and on 60 Minutes as well.

Alleging a sort of liberal conspiracy to keep conservative authors from getting their books to the reading public He is joking about this, right?

Sean Hannity, Michael Savage and Dick Morris, conservatives all, have produced some of this year's most popular books.
If Dick Morris is conservative then Elton John is straight.

How does Unfit For Command sit at the top of the New York Times' bestseller list for weeks and NOT get stocked at libraries in some of this nation's most populated cities?
Bias.
The author of the unauthorized George W. Bush biography, Fortunate Son, was a bottom feeder who wrote unauthorized biographies of Star Trek actors yet his book was championed by liberals in 2000. He ended up taking his own life when some sort of scam came back to haunt him. The Houston Public LIE-brary still has a couple of copies.
