What I mean is, what does the law matter to Dumbascraps?

Of course not, but in a national election the Democrats would have to get the US Supreme Court's "okay" to break election laws. Although there is always the possibility the US Supreme Court might let them break the law (remember - - the doddering O'Connor has been all over the map lately and it is unknown whether she is still fully aware) the rats would certainly not get the free ride they got from the thoroughly corrupt New Jersey Supreme Court.

The SCOUS did not want to take the NJ case even though IMHO it was a slam dunk. I guess they did not want any more uproar. So would the SCOUS take it? You would think they would have to, but jeez, with some of their rulings lately I just don't know. Scalia and Thomas are the only ones on the court with a lick of sense.
