Conservatism, we are told, is out-of-date. The charge is preposterous and we ought boldly to say so. The laws of God, and of nature, have no dateline. The principles on which the Conservative political position is based have been established by a process that has nothing to do with the social, economic and political landscape that changes from decade to decade and from century to century. These principles are derived from the nature of man, and from the truths that God has revealed about His creation. Circumstances do change. So do the problems that are shaped by circumstances. But the principles that govern the solution of the problems do not. To suggest that the Conservative philosophy is out of date is akin to saying that the Golden Rule, or the Ten Commandments or Aristotle's
Politics are out of date. The Conservative approach is noth ing more or less than an attempt to apply the wisdom and experience and the revealed truths of the past to the problems of today. Barry Goldwater,
The Conscience Of A Conservative, 1960.

That protest is making me think we will see riots and an actual physical war between left and right in this country.
This election will decide the fate of America. I am a libertarian. Looks like the left wing anarchists may force me right. I'm already too right wing.

Let me try again. Why are you using "burning letters" in the vote banner?
To: WhyisaTexasgirlinPA
Don't forget that this generation also grew up in the liberal households where no one believed in saying no, so as not to crush a childs enthusiasm. These spoiled liberal whiners are not accustomed to anyone telling them that their opinion might not be right or saying anything that might upset them........They were coddled and told they were so smart and that they were entitled to their "feelings" no matter how ridiculous or pathetic......... lol
_____
You hit a nerve with me only because my mother(who works in retail) and I were talking today about some of those that come into her business. She said by far the most rude and obnoxious and can not handle being told they are wrong are the single mothers, usually with several children. Same type of attitude--no discipline, never been given any limits or boundaries for their behavior, and a real problem with authority now because of it. So many like the ones you described above and the ones my mother sees who can not handle any sort of boundaries or limits on them and they are the ones who need it most because they lack any self-discipline.

"Fascist" or "Racist" = "A conservative who's winning an argument with a Leftist" I think I smell a T-shirt idea here.

"The fire around the 'Vote Nov 2' banner has a very satanic feel to it. Was that intentional?"You can't be serious. CAN YOU??

wow! That's a scary pic! It looks like bat-boy has found his future mate...

We need to be careful, filming from several angles, and counterprotest in large groups.
Fascists kill.

So true. I was getting worried just watching that. Glad was all ok. Sounded like the police were behind the Protest Warriors though so close at hand still these folks are dangerous.

Completely serious. Think about it. The anarchists use burning letters to represent everything. Why? Not to get attention, but because their sadistic little minds thrive on kinky images of harming the "evil corporate types".
When they use the burning letters it's no surprise. When we use them... well, it's creepy.
To: 68-69TonkinGulfYachtClub
It's a favorite banner lettering of anarchists and satanists. They also love "fire frames" around entry doors.
