I took a bad stomping decades back and still have nerve problems in my face along with constant pain.Scum are "tough" when you've been knocked out from behind or with a sucker punch.
From what I heard about the Policeman's wounds,he's liable to have a rough go.

Also, you will notice, in the video, that another cop just walks away from Jamal after witnessing the attack. I wonder if they were told to do that as part of their CPR training?

Am I the only one who noticed that after this punk kicked the policeman unconscious, another little wimpy looking cop had his hand on his arm and was talking to him three feet away from the assaulted officer? Why didn't he throw the punk to the ground and handcuff him instead of letting him go?

Sgt. David Rolon and Detective Rafael Pagan arrested Jamal Holiday, 19, of Manhattan, after two other cops said they recognized him wearing a white T-shirt and the same maroon-and-white Anaheim Angels baseball cap.
"I couldn't believe he was just walking around wearing the same clothes," Pagan, 34, an 11-year veteran, told the Daily News. "Your blood rushes and your heart races. You just want to get the guy."
As the cops handcuffed him, Holiday protested, "Why am I being locked up?" the cops said. Holiday was charged with assaulting a police officer.
Detective William Sample ended up in the hospital Monday night after being attacked. Earlier, Sample told a union official who visited him at St. Vincent's Medical Center, "I'm hurting, but I want to catch the guy." (/snip)

About a dozen fellow truckers caught the one that stomped me.He didn't come out of it very well at all.
In the video of this incident you can see the guy stomping the cop, then backing off. As he backs off, right in front of the camera, a cop comes along and genlty pushes him off to the side. I've seen it 3 times and still can't figure out how the lost him when the cop had his hands on him!

I believe he can be tried as an adult, providing it's not a liberal judge who makes the decision. This little criminal, needs to go down for the count. The charge should be attempted murder, the punk had 1. the ability, 2. the opportunity and 3. he placed the officer's life in jeopardy. I hope justice will prevail in this matter. Bush/Cheney 2004

Unfortunately in today's society we have to be struck in order for us to fight back. Once they get in a cheap good first lick, we are on the losing end to start.
