I was trying to find out the time that the Senator's speech will occur. I found nothing at the Legion website (www.legion.org), nor at the Kerry site, nor at CSPAN. When will the speech be given?

Did he specifically say that the General was at Walter Reed? Or just that he visited him and visited troops at Walter Reed? I'll have to check the transcript for that nuance.
