I mean it to make the comment of the actions of Kerry had unintended consequences, such as the genocide caused by the North Vietnamese and Cambodians and others, when the original protests were for peace..

Kerry has a lot to answer for. He should have spent the last 30 years in a brig for treason instead of in the Senate.
