no, no no....!!!!!!!
Why? Why? Why? We're leading in most polls right now!
They were awful. I couldn't wait for them to be off stage.
They were God aweful. Who vetts that stuff?
I thought Jenna was the one that went to Yale?
Mmm, reading must be way different than hearing them. Because, it doesn't seem that bad to me. I am 43 and I know the song by Outkast! And, "gammie" seems fine with it. But, as I said, maybe hearing it would make me feel differently.
If polls were decided on how well the family spoke, Kerry's poll numbers would have plummeted after Teresa's speech.
Who wrote this nonsense? It's not supposed to be a junior high skit. I guess it's not a big deal, but you'd think the young ladies would want to be thought of as ADULTS.
Actually, it reads OK... much better than the way they delivered it.
But in all honesty, no one is going to base a decision on this. It doesn't really matter.
Kids do say the darndest things, but other than some joking on the mornings talk shows talk shows what will be remembered is Arnold's speeech, and that of Laura Bush.
Relax, no big deal. The faculty at U of Texas were probably feeling a bit overpaid, however.
I'm sorry but I don't know what that means. Anyone care to let me in on this?
Their timing was horrible, their slams at grandma (and dad) were kind of a shocker, but laughing at their bad jokes not because of the content, and watching them was hilarious, and very light hearted.
DK88 again declares - Hotties both of 'em. Rrrrowww.
As a 47 year old happily married father with two boys 20 and 15, I thought they hit the mark. It's nice to see a non-dysfunctional family that love and respect each other over multiple generations, and that are real and have fun.
the crotchety lifeless hulls on this thread need to get a life!
well done to the Bush girls!!!!!
I didn't see it, just reading the text.
Sounds like the jokes could have been left out or either better jokes used.
(Why slightly ridicule your parents and grandparents?)
I can't stand all the pandering to young people's expectations of "cool."
Otherwise their comments seemed ok.
