A year ago, this organization warned that the Bush Administration was planning to do something unthinkable - they were seriously considering signing a pact with Mexico that would give any Mexican who had worked in the U.S., including illegal aliens, full U.S. Social Security benefits, paid out of your Social Security Trust Fund!
It seemed so far fetched, we had trouble convincing the Congress that it could happen. A White House spokesman denied our claim that it was on a fast track, stating the ongoing discussions for Totalization were just informal and preliminary.
But we knew better. We had obtained correspondence proving it was on a fast track and had seen plans for erecting a huge new building at the U.S. Embassy in Mexico City just to deal with the swarms of people anticipated to sign-up for this raid on our Social Security Trust Fund.
Well, it was on fast track, just as we said it was and a few weeks ago, the President signed the Totalization Treaty with Mexico and unless you and I can persuade the Congress to stop it, millions of Mexicans, including illegal aliens, will soon be living it up on your Social Security benefits!
The timing for repealing this outrageous treaty couldn't be worse. The few days we have to repeal this treaty are the same few days preceding the November election, when every Congressmen is campaigning hard for reelection and the Congress is seldom in session. In short, it was a very underhanded way to sneak a terrible treaty past the Congress.
So please click here to jump to our Congressional Action page and send an email to your representative TODAY!
There is no "for argument's sake".
The Jorge Arbusto Administración has already signed this agreement. It is in force.
Millions of Mexican illegal aliens are now eligible to sign up for and receive US taxpayer-paid benefits for work performed in the US while "unauthorized."
All they need to do is provide a W-2 for the time worked and voila! the benefits will be approved and they will start receiving SSI checks.
At home.
In Mexico.
Gee, would that be the legal form that shows (along with dependent deductions) the *employer* in the U.S.?!
1. How many illegal aliens have W-2 forms, and
2. Don't we *want* to track down and confiscate back taxes from such employers if and when they are ever identified?!
5 Legislative Days Left Until The AWB Expires
They don't exist Dan.
Doesn't change the fact that the SSA can and will be paying benefits to the illegal alien, does it?
1. How many illegal aliens have W-2 forms, and

1) Conservatively, probably millions.
2) Yes, but the actions of the Jorge Arbusto Administración with the non-amnesty amnesty and the totalization agreement have shown that he wants illegal aliens in the US. So, he's not about to take any action which will prevent the illegals from being hired.
Do you know what else also doesn't seem to exist?
The actual text of the Totalization Agreement with Mexico.
I tried to find it, but strangely, the SSA doesn't seem to have the text of the agreement online despite having the text of the agreements with all the other countries available.
I wonder why? </sarcasm>
Not surprised. Even that term, "Totalization agreement with Mexico" is pretty scary in itself.
What's even scarier is that none of the so-called conservative political commentators, such as Limbaugh, Hannity or Coulter have expressed their opinions pro or con on the long term economic impact of this agreement on the US taxpayers.
I'm not surprised, though. They blithely ignored Arbusto's Medicare propaganda, too.
Futher, you seem to have difficulty accepting that 3,000 of those 50,000 new workers are *Americans* legally working in Mexico.
So lets just break those numbers down a little bit. Using the number 3,000 Americans and 47,000 Mexicans, this means that we are going into this treay for 0.06 percent Americans. Also, using your figure of 600 American workers per year into the total population of 280,000,000 million Americans, this means we are signing this treaty for 0.000001 percent of our population.
We didn't even consider hundreds of thousand of Americans whose plants and factories we closed down for NAFTA or outsourcing. So now we are going to consider a miniscule percentage of the population for this treaty. Give me a break!
Also, add to my last post that their will be dependants added to Mexicans immediately eligible making the 47000 double. Remember, Mexico gets preferential treatment. Mustn't miss their votes.
This treaty with Mexico will be more than double all the other totalization treaties with Japan, Britain ect combined.
I have been trying to find the totalization treaty also.If you find it, please ping me.
Okie-dokie.

The W-2 form, if I'm not mistaken as I've been unemployed for over ten years, shows also the amount of taxes withheld. Ergo, no need to track the employers for back taxes. You track the employers for committing a federal crime of employing illegal aliens. You track them, fine them heavily and send them to prison.
"I'm not surprised either. I gave up on Limbaugh long ago. He talks three hours a day, and seldom if ever, touches the real issues. Hannity is like listening to a political "Radio Disney"."
To steal an expression from a famous (very famous) talk radio host: "they're fakes, frauds and phonies."
