Manhattan Criminal Court Judge Patricia Nuñez ordered Yusuke Banno, 21, held in lieu of $200,000 bond or $100,000 cash on charges of inciting a riot, resisting arrest and assaulting Police Officer John Park, 26, whose hand was burned making the arrest, authorities said.

Nuñez refused for now to arraign three other protesters who had been arrested with Banno and gave their names as John Doe. "I will not arraign anybody by the name John Doe," Nuñez said. "Send them back downstairs." He told the John Does: "I'll see you later this week."

You know some hippie activist judge in California would have dismissed the charges, saying they were expressing their 1st amendment rights!!
I like this judge....

Apparently, the judges in NYC aren't the kind of judges they're used to back home...tee-hee.
Banno is the second from the left-- are the 'John Does' the others pictured?

If this guy got caught, then it means he didn't take the anarchists website's own advice about carrying and extra tee-shirt of a different color to change into as you flee into heavily crowded areas.

Sure he didn't just make it up (nom de geurre) and the judge doesn't realize it? Someone let the judge know pronto...

Jailhouse rapists should be castrated and emasculated with a dull butterknife.
This dragon-burner (and all his parthers in crime) should face trial for riot, incitement to riot, arson, assault, etc. If convicted, they should do whatever hard time the State of New York has prescribed for such offences. Sentences to be served consecutively.
