The same goes for Michael Steele (Lt. Gov of MD). MD Libs went the extra mile to be bigoted idiots to keep him from being elected. I was really involved in that campaign and I missed that. They were so confident that their Kennedy would win they didn't offer to much resistance.

NICE KERRY SHIRT.
New York City police arrest a protester(L) who was part of a non-permitted anti-war protest that was halted by police shortly after it began, in New York, August 31, 2004. Close to 100 of the protestors were arrested by police on Fulton Street just moments after they attempted to march from the Ground Zero site of the World Trade Center disaster, north towards Madison Square Garden, the site of the Republican National Convention. My first post here, but I'd just like to say that I live in MD, and I'm proud to see Steele at the RNC.

The crowd sounds like they're asleep! They are.. they had to sit through Frist giving a speech.

to paraphrase: he was going to give an uplifting speech on the principles of conservativism... but Obama already did that last month.
