I searched and did not find this article. Pat really surprises me sometimes.

Well like a broken clock, Buchanan(who I once supported but has sense lost my admiration because of his anti Iraq war criticisms) is right twice a day.
Kerry is either a self-admitted war criminal or a pathological liar.
Either way, he is unfit to be POTUS!

Yeah, I know what you mean. I read this and then looked to see who wrote it and was quite shocked to find out it was Pat.

He's both an admitted war criminal and a pathological liar. Thus UNFIT FOR COMMAND.

I didn't read the article but if the headline is correct I agree and believe this to be true. It doesn't matter what the parties want. Hopefully the truth will come through.
This is really about what Kerry did when he returned from Vietnam. He used whatever credibility is given to a war hero to advance the cause of the enemy. That is just a fact. In a free country (at least our country) he had that right. But hopefully the vets have the right to explain exactly what he did and the results were of what he did.

Exactly. It was "entertaining" to hear John McCain on one of the elite media networks, stating that what the SBV's had exposed was "dishonest". Hmmm. Here is the snippet:
McCain, R-Ariz., told CBS's "The Early Show" that television ads run against Kerry accusing the Democrat of lying about his military service in Vietnam were "dishonest and dishonorable." But, he added, "What John Kerry did after the war is very legitimate political discussion." Kerry was a leader of Vietnam veterans who opposed the war.
End snippet.
Good ole McCain -- pandering to the Kerry camp AND the Bush camp at the same time. Does he not STINK?? How could HE possibly know if the SBVs were not being honest?? If so, where is the evidence McCain that allows you call these brave, decorated men LIARS and DISHONORABLE!???
I think we have McCain's number.

I agree. I will never forgive Kerry. I am a navy brat..(proud), Kerry hurt my Dad and other brave vets. I don't think Kerry realizes Vietnam Vets have families who remember full well what Kerry did and will never forgive him.

McCain will be accused of being a waffler by Democrats should he run in 2008. Watch the media go after McCain with a vengeance now that he is supporting Pres. Bush.

It may be their last mission, and God knows this is combat. But if the vets win, they win not just for today and this election, they win at last the war that they could have won, if the politicians and the liberal braying donkeys had not undermined them. The vets came back to an America that cold-shouldered them unfairly, an America that mocked what they had fought for and maligned their integrity as men and as soldiers. We non-soldiers can now repair the breach and reclaim our honor (they never lost theirs, even when the punks and the kids were screaming "baby-killer" at them). We owe them for their sacrifice, for the sacrifice of all those who never made it back. By rejecting that phony Kerry, that self-invented war "hero," that opportunistic SOB, we civilians can at long last give them the smart salute they deserved when they alit from their planes, war weary and bloodied. "Well done, good and faithful men of honor."

As usual the media is out to destroy vietnam veterans and, use the VVAW Kerry stooges for as long as it takes to get Kerry into the White House. They too will become part of the many ill informed persons trampled in the wake of the DemoRATs quest for power.

I was a era vet and did not serve in country. I also was in the Navy and served on Boats (Submarines). You had to live through those times to really understand.
Kerry did more harm to this country than all of the dodgers and deserters put together. He was used to destroy the system from within the system (i.e. used the system against itself) which is classic.

They DIDN'T LET us win the last one, maybe we can win this one.

You've got it right, little by little he shows his true colors. I've been surprised for MANY years how people have put so much stock in this guy, just because he says he's a repub. Doesn't anybody remember the history of McSpecial treatment and all the charges against him by the other guys that were held up in Hanoi.

I agree. I am a partisan Republican-admittedly. But this election means more to me than getting my guy in the White House. I want this one for my Dad (Navy vet)...he died in 1994. I want Kerry and his lies repudiated by the American people once and for all. I want all the men and women who spat on American vets to pay some price for their treason...I want to see John Kerry defeated in a landslide. I wish we could go back in time...to the 1970's and have one more chance to welcome the guys back home...we can't, but maybe just maybe we can make sure the poster boy for treason (John Kerry) is defeated. Please God.

Excellent article. When McCain comes out with somthing concise, I will call him a "Bush supporter." Although, the article is only anti-Kerry, Pat is willing to commit to a real opinion.

Pat is a pain in the a$$, but I don't believe he is as calculating as McCain. I do believe Pat loves America. Now McCain...I think he sold the MIA's out (with Kerry by his side).
