PITTSBURGH (AP) — An American Airlines flight from Chicago to New York City was diverted to Pittsburgh on Tuesday night because of a security concern, authorities said.
American Airlines Flight 346 from Chicago's O'Hare Airport to New York's LaGuardia Airport was diverted to Pittsburgh after the plane's captain was alerted to a "security concern," said Jacquie Young, a spokeswoman for the Fort Worth-based airline. She declined to discuss the "security concern."
