RE: Request to decertify John F. Kerry as a candidate for the Presidency of the United States, and as a candidate for the Congress of the United States.
WHEREAS,
"UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION Amendment XIV Section 3. No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability. "
WHEREAS,
It is alleged that while John F. Kerry was a member of the United States Naval reserve, John F. Kerry repeatedly violated his sworn oath of allegiance to the Constitution of the United States of America by regularly and repeatedly conspiring to perpetrate sedition and insurrection against the United States of America, actually perpetrated sedition against the United States of America on at least one occasion, and regularly and repeatedly provided aid and comfort to the enemy during a time of war. WHEREAS,
The following specific allegations are submitted for investigation and review by the United States Federal Election Commission. If any one of the following allegations are found to be true, then the Constitution of the United States of America, Amendment XIV, Section 3, (as provided above) requires the Federal Election Commission disqualify John F. Kerry from becoming a candidate for the Presidency or Vice Presidency of the United States, and to further disqualify John F. Kerry as a candidate for the Congress of the United States of America, in any capacity. Further, should any allegation found in this indictment found to be true, John F. Kerry should be removed and disqualified from any Senatorial office he presently occupies.
ALLEGATIONS AGAINST JOHN F. KERRY FOLLOW
1. It is alleged that John F. Kerry repeated and disseminated KGB propaganda , under oath, and in front of the U.S. Congress and to the American people under the direction of the enemy. The speech John Kerry provided the U.S. Congress in 1971, and falsely represented as his own, was actually, and in the most part, written by a KGB operative. The following admission by the KGB operative that wrote the said speech provides irrefutable proof in respect to this issue:
"As a spy chief and a general in the former Soviet satellite of Romania, I produced the very same vitriol Kerry repeated to the U.S. Congress almost word for word and planted it in leftist movements throughout Europe. KGB chairman Yuri Andropov managed our anti-Vietnam War operation. He often bragged about having damaged the U.S. foreign-policy consensus, poisoned domestic debate in the U.S., and built a credibility gap between America and European public opinion through our disinformation operations. Vietnam was, he once told me, 'our most significant success'." - Ion Mihai Pacepa on John Kerry "
End Quotation:
A. If true, by disseminating known enemy propaganda to Congress, to the American Press, and to the American people, and misrepresenting such propaganda as true and correct and fraudulently based upon his personal experiences as a Naval officer while stationed in the Republic of Vietnam, John F. Kerry clearly gave aid and comfort to the enemy. Further, during his speech in front of Congress, John Kerry lied about alleged American soldier war crimes committed against the Vietnamese people, and further, attempted to convince Congress to stop using air support for American troops in Vietnam. If Kerry had been successful in eliminating air support, by most expert forecasts, at least an additional hundred thousand American service personnel would have been killed in Vietnam, and the enemy would have probably defeated the American forces. It appears such was John F. Kerry's true intent and purpose for spreading enemy propaganda and using that fraudulent propaganda to convince the U.S. Congress to stop using air power in the war in Vietnam.
B. It is alleged that John Kerry also repeated and otherwise disseminated the said KGB propaganda on several American Television programs, and repeatedly misrepresented the information he was providing as coming from his own personal observations, and from the observations and actions of American Veterans, and not from its true source, which was clearly the enemy's intelligence bureaus.
2. It is alleged that John F. Kerry and Jane Fonda were both directly involved in the "Coffee House" conspiracy to entice American servicemen to desert their units. John F. Kerry and Jane Fonda delivered several speeches and took actions that were designed to seduce American soldiers to desert their units. It is further alleged that John F. Kerry and Jane Fonda also helped to fund the establishment of "Coffee Houses" located directly outside various American Military bases. The purpose of the "Coffee Houses" declared by Ms. Fonda, was to entice American military personnel to desert their units and refuse to fight in Vietnam. The Kerry led VVAW (Vietnam Veterans Against the War) also directly solicited military personnel as they left their bases and tried to convince them to desert their units, comitt sabotage against their Military bases and weapons on and off the battlefield, and to refuse to fight in Vietnam. It is also alleged that John F. Kerry ordered, directed and provided military personnel with fraudulent enemy propaganda that claimed all American soldiers fighting in Vietnam were "war criminals."
A. It is also alleged that John F. Kerry solicited money for the express purpose of providing funds to U.S. Military deserters, thereby enticing them to desert their units or comitt sabotage against Military installations and weapons both on and off the battlefield. It is further alleged that John F. Kerry schemed and conspired with several active duty Military personnel to perpetrate the criminal act of desertion from the Armed Forces of the United States, and/or to entice servicemen to comint acts of sabotage against their military units and against U.S. Military weapons, on and off the battlefield, during a time of war.
B. It is also alleged that on November 22, 1970 -- During a fund-raising tour for GI deserters, Vietnam Veterans Against the War and the Black Panthers, Jane Fonda which was a partner of John F. Kerry in the VVAW and a co-fund raiser for the VVAW, is quoted in the Detroit Free Press as telling a University of Michigan audience, "I would think that if you understood what communism was, you would hope, you would pray on your knees that we would someday become communist," and "The peace proposal of the Viet Cong is the only honorable, just, possible way to achieve peace in Vietnam."
C. If true, directly conspiring with, financing and enticing American soldiers to desert their units during a time of war, or commit sabotage against their military units or against U.S. Military weapons on or off the battlefield, clearly and irrefutably, is providing direct aid and comfort to the enemy during a time of war. If true, such actions by John F. Kerry and his agents further represent a criminal conspiracy to sabotage Military installations, weapons and bases of the United States on behalf of the enemy during a time of war.
3. It is alleged the Hanoi Communists provided the SDS (Students for a Democratic Society) radicals a list of seven American Senators the enemy wanted assassinated. It is also alleged this said list of American assassination targets was subsequently provided to the Kerry led Vietnam Veterans Against War (VVAW) during a combined meeting between the SDS and the VVAW. It is also alleged in the next meeting after receiving the said list, the VVAW officers presented the list to its executive committee members, (of which John F. Kerry was a member) and scheduled a planning meeting to discuss the assassination of the American Senators in a secret meeting of the VVAW. Said secret meeting was eventually designated to be held in Kansas City, Mo. (The VVAW used several diversions and ploys to try and deceive the FBI in respect to the location of the Kansas City meeting). It is also alleged that John F. Kerry attended both VVAW meetings in respect to this assassination list of U.S. Senators, (the latter meeting held over three days, November 12 -15 , 1971) and it is also alleged that John F. Kerry participated in the conspiracy to murder seven American Senators that supported the Vietnam war, and that were specifically targeted by the Hanoi Communist enemy for assassination.
A. If true, accepting and processing assassination lists for American Senators that supported the Vietnam war from the North Vietnamese enemy, and accepting other directives and orders from the enemy during a time of war, and discussing the merits of carrying out such assassinations and other directives on behalf of the enemy during a time of war, is clearly seditious, and is further clearly providing aid and comfort to the enemy during a time of war.
Excerpt from Wintersoldier.com
"B As reported in the New York Sun by Thomas Lipscomb, during a November 1971 meeting in Kansas City the VVAW leadership and chapter coordinators eventually voted down a plan to murder several U.S. Senators, including John Tower, John Stennis, and Strom Thurmond. Two VVAW members who were present, Randy Barnes and Terry Du-Bose, place John Kerry at that meeting, as do the meeting minutes and FBI records. Kerry claims to have resigned from the VVAW at the meeting or shortly thereafter, but there is no evidence that he ever informed authorities about the conspiracy to murder seven American Senators. Further, John F. Kerry refused to disclose any of the previous meetings in which the list of Senators targeted for murder was received or was compiled. Kerry continued to publicly represent the VVAW until at least April of 1972, and John F. Kerry lied about attending said meetings, and John F. Kerry clearly lied about resigning from the VVAW on or before said meetings occurred."
C. If true, discussing and conspiring to murder seven Senators that support the Vietnam war so as to imbalance the American Government to withdraw from Vietnam, and hiding such conspiracies to murder American officials from the Federal Election Commission, is a violation of election ethics and statutes, and clearly and irrefutably is providing aid and comfort to the enemy.
4. It is alleged that John F. Kerry wrote a book (titled "The New Soldier) in 1971 in which he falsely accused American soldiers of committing multiple war crimes against the Vietnamese people as a normal course of duty. This false accusation (subsequently proved false by the U.S. Navy and the FBI) was designed to fraudulently encourage the American people to not support the war in Vietnam, and to convince American servicemen to desert their units and/or refuse to fight the enemy in Vietnam, or commit sabotage against the United States Military.
Kerry said: "In a statement to the US' Senate Committee on Foreign Relations in 1971, John F. Kerry said war crimes committed by U.S. soldiers in Southeast Asia "were not isolated incidents but crimes committed on a day-to-day basis with the full awareness of officers at all levels of command."
A. It is alleged that John F. Kerry's used "testimony" from the VVAW's "Winter Soldier Investigation" as the basis for his war crimes charges, although none of the witnesses that attended that said meeting were willing to sign depositions affirming Kerry's obviously false claims. Subsequent investigators from the FBI and the U.S. Military also were unable to confirm any of the reported "atrocities" claimed by Kerry, and in fact such investigations determined that many of the so-called witnesses Kerry cited had never been in Vietnam nor had never been in combat in any capacity. Moreover, a number of the "veterans" that John F. Kerry quoted in front of Congress and in his said book were later determined to be outright imposters who had fraudulently, and with the complicity of the Kerry led VVAW, assumed the identity of real veterans. Moreover, John F. Kerry's cofounder and co-leader of the VVAW, Mr. Al Hubbard, claimed that he was an Air Force Captain that served and was wounded in Vietnam. However, a review of Mr. Hubbard's military records proved that (1) he was not a commissioned officer, and (2) he had never served in Vietnam, and that he was a member of the Black Panthers. (The Black Panther organization had openly and publicly advocated the destruction of the Government of the United States, and openly called for insurrection and sedition against the United States in general).
B. It is alleged that John F. Kerry, operating as a Naval Reserve Officer of the United States and representing himself as a former active duty Naval Officer that served in Vietnam, repeatedly contacted the enemy of the United States and coordinated (or helped to coordinate) with the enemy of the United States various propaganda programs to be launched in the United States, including but not limited to the furnishing of Vietnamese civilians that were alleged to be tortured by American servicemen. Such coordination to disseminate enemy propaganda via video, and contact with the enemy during a time of war to facilitate such enemy propaganda, occurred several weeks prior to the Winter Soldier debacle John F. Kerry helped to organize and perform in Detroit Michigan. It is also alleged that John F. Kerry, or his operatives and agents, in February, 1971 met with Vietcong representatives in Windsor, Canada to discuss the successes of enemy propaganda program known as the Winter Soldier Investigation, and to receive orders, funds and directives from the enemy of the United States during a time of war.
C. It is also alleged that John F. Kerry, operating as a Naval Reserve Officer of the United States, and as an executive committee member of the VVAW (Vietnam Veterans Against War) did conspire, approve and advocate that a representative of the VVAW Executive Committee, a Mr. Joseph Urgo, travel to North Vietnam, an enemy of the United States, and meet with the enemy's representative Prime Minister Pham Van Dong, and other enemy military personnel. Mr. Urgo delivered various information to the enemy, and according to the FBI records, Mr. Urgo was authorized by the VVAW Executive Committee (of which John F. Kerry was a member) to produce propaganda audio tapes to be broadcast over Radio Hanoi for the purpose of attempting to convince American troops to desert their duty and units in South Vietnam, and, to establish a regular contact with the enemy of the United States via sending regular VVAW delegations to the Hanoi government in the future.
D. It is also alleged that John F. Kerry, operating as a Naval Reserve Officer of the United States, and as an executive committee member of the VVAW (Vietnam Veterans Against War) did conspire, approve and advocate that a representative of the VVAW Executive Committee, a Al Hubbard travel to North Vietnam, an enemy of the United States, and consult with representatives of the enemy of the United States. The Executive committee of the VVAW (of which John F. Kerry was a member) did directly accept funds and travel expenses for said trip from the Hanoi Communists, an enemy of the United States, during a time of war.
E. If true, directly helping the enemy distribute its propaganda in the United States, and on the battlefield in Vietnam, coordinating acts and actions directly with the enemy assigned to help the cause of the enemy during a time of war, receiving funds, orders and directives from the enemy of the United States, and falsely claiming first hand and second hand knowledge of war crimes committed against the Vietnamese people by American servicemen, ( that were later proved false and fraudulent claims) and that such crimes were committed on a "day to day basis" so as to convince the American people, the U.S. Military and American politicians not to support the war in Vietnam, and to convince U.S. Military active duty personnel to desert their units and/or commit sabotage against U.S. Military installations and weapons both on and off the battlefield, clearly and irrefutably provided aid and comfort to the enemy and could also be considered as espionage perpetrated against the United States during a time of war.
End first four of fifteen allegations in indictment against John F. Kerry. The remaining eleven will follow in subsequent posts.

Excellent!
Who would replace John F'ing Kerry on the Democrat ticket?
Not that this is ever going to happen.
Kerrys Soviet Rhetoric: The Vietnam-era antiwar movement got its spin from the Kremlin.

Part of Senator John Kerry's appeal to a certain segment of Americans is his Vietnam-veteran status coupled with his antiwar activism during that period. On April 12, 1971, Kerry told the U.S. Congress that American soldiers claimed to him that they had, "raped, cut off ears, cut off heads, taped wires from portable telephones to human genitals and turned on the power, cut off limbs, blew up bodies, randomly shot at civilians, razed villages in a fashion reminiscent of Genghis Khan."
The exact sources of that assertion should be tracked down. Kerry also ought to be asked who, exactly, told him any such thing, and what it was, exactly, that they said they did in Vietnam. Statutes of limitation now protect these individuals from prosecution for any such admissions. Or did Senator Kerry merely hear allegations of that sort as hearsay bandied about by members of antiwar groups (much of which has since been discredited)? To me, this assertion sounds exactly like the disinformation line that the Soviets were sowing worldwide throughout the Vietnam era. KGB priority number one at that time was to damage American power, judgment, and credibility. One of its favorite tools was the fabrication of such evidence as photographs and "news reports" about invented American war atrocities. These tales were purveyed in KGB-operated magazines that would then flack them to reputable news organizations. Often enough, they would be picked up. News organizations are notoriously sloppy about verifying their sources. All in all, it was amazingly easy for Soviet-bloc spy organizations to fake many such reports and spread them around the free world.
As a spy chief and a general in the former Soviet satellite of Romania, I produced the very same vitriol Kerry repeated to the U.S. Vietnam was, he once told me, "our most significant success."
The KGB organized a vitriolic conference in Stockholm to condemn America's aggression, on March 8, 1965, as the first American troops arrived in south Vietnam. On Andropov's orders, one of the KGB's paid agents, Romesh Chandra, the chairman of the KGB-financed World Peace Council, created the Stockholm Conference on Vietnam as a permanent international organization to aid or to conduct operations to help Americans dodge the draft or defect, to demoralize its army with anti-American propaganda, to conduct protests, demonstrations, and boycotts, and to sanction anyone connected with the war. It was staffed by Soviet-bloc undercover intelligence officers and received about $15 million annually from the Communist Party's international department on top of the WPC's $50 million a year, all delivered in laundered cash dollars. Both groups had Soviet-style secretariats to manage their general activities, Soviet-style working committees to conduct their day-to-day operations, and Soviet-style bureaucratic paperwork. The quote from Senator Kerry is unmistakable Soviet-style sloganeering from this period. I believe it is very like a direct quote from one of these organizations' propaganda sheets.
The KGB campaign to assault the U.S. and Europe by means of disinformation was more than just a few Cold War dirty tricks. The whole foreign policy of the Soviet-bloc states, indeed its whole economic and military might, revolved around the larger Soviet objective of destroying America from within through the use of lies. The Soviets saw disinformation as a vital tool in the dialectical advance of world Communism.
The Stockholm conference held annual international meetings up to 1972. In its five years of existence it created thousands of "documentary" materials printed in all the major Western languages describing the "abominable crimes" committed by American soldiers against civilians in Vietnam, along with counterfeited pictures. All these materials were manufactured by the KGB's disinformation department. I would print up these materials in hundreds of thousands of copies each.
The Romanian DIE (Ceausescu's secret police) was tasked to distribute these KGB-concocted "incriminating documents" all over Western Europe. And ordinary people often bought it hook, line, and sinker. "Even Attila the Hun looks like an angel when compared to these Americans," a West German businessman reprovingly told me after reading one such report.
The Italian, Greek, and Spanish Communist parties serviced by Bucharest were much affected by this material and their activists regularly distributed translations. They also handed them out to the participants at anti-American demonstrations around the world.
Many "Ban-the-Bomb" and anti-nuclear movements were KGB-funded operations, too. I can no longer look at a petition for world peace or other supposedly noble cause, particularly of the anti-American variety, without thinking to myself, "KGB."
In 1978, when I broke with Communism, my DIE was propagating the line that Washington's adventure in Vietnam had wasted over $200 trillion. This waste, we warned darkly, would soon generate European inflation, recession, and unemployment.
As far as I'm concerned, the KGB gave birth to the antiwar movement in America. In 1976, Andropov gave my own Romanian DIE credit for helping his KGB do so.
Leftist intellectuals in America now look to Europe steeped for years in anti-American propaganda from the Soviet Union for "a sane and frank European criticism of the Bush administration's war policy." Indeed, anti-Americanism in Europe today is almost as ferocious as it was during Vietnam. France and Germany insist we are torturing the al Qaeda prisoners held at Guantanamo Base. The Mirror, a British newspaper, is confident that President Bush and Prime Minister Tony Blair were "killing innocents in Afghanistan." The Paris daily Le Monde put Jean Baudrillard on its front page asserting that "the Judeo-Christian West, led by America, not only provoked the [September 11] terrorist attacks, it actually desired them."
In June 2002, a documentary film on "U.S. war crimes" in Afghanistan was shown in the German Bundestag by the crypto-Communist Party of Democratic Socialism (PDS). The film faithfully reincarnated the style of old Soviet-bloc "documentaries" demonizing the U.S. war in Vietnam. According to this 20-minute movie, American soldiers were involved in the torture and murder of some 3,000 Taliban prisoners in the region of Mazar-e-Sharif. One witness in the film even claimed he had seen an American soldier break the neck of one Afghan prisoner and pour acid on others.
During my last meeting with Andropov, he said, wisely, "now all we have to do is to keep the Vietnam-era anti-Americanism alive." Andropov was a shrewd judge of human nature. He understood that in the end our original involvement would be forgotten, and our insinuations would take on a life of their own. He knew well that it was just the way human nature worked.
Ion Mihai Pacepa was acting chief of Romania's espionage service and national-security adviser to the country's president. He is the highest-ranking intelligence officer ever to have defected from the former Soviet bloc.
Old crusty???
BUMP!
uh oh- here comes Hillary. I am sure she is pleasantly surprised to see her October Surprise could actually be viable in September.
CAN a candidate that has already be nominated be retracted? How would that be done? An emergency DNC convention? That would not be good publicity for the dems. I hope they stick with Kerry whose ship is half sunk already.
Hitlery Klintoon!
Wow that would make the Dems look SO weak- they cant' even pick a candidate for president, much less rule the free world. I think that would really hurt them. Has it ever happened before?
Did you Drusge about the Kerry girls being boo last night at the MTV awards?
ping
What are these FBI files in relation to the ones stolen from Mr. Nicosia in March?
The FBI files covering the VVAW are all posted at wintersoldier.com.
I have been reading them and have posted several posts concerning them.
bump
The democrats picked their candidate and now they have to live with it, just because he is going down in flames, is not a good enough reason to have him relaced.
"uh oh- here comes Hillary. I am sure she is pleasantly surprised to see her October Surprise could actually be viable in September. "
No she isn't. That would mean that she would have to debate and campaign. October 27th is my guess. I would start looking at large venues being booked for the mid-later October and who is booking them.
